    Yes, first of all - for that reason.
    Also it allows to save on RC, not to waste it left and right, when it is not absolutely necessary.
    If I want to honor somebody with my 100% voting power of LEO tokens, I do not have now to make a 100% voting from my main steem acct, and waste my VP and RC.
    In a few words - much more flexibility (what I want and what I can do)
