Our Peace Differs from the world's

John.14.27 - "I am leaving you with a gift--peace of mind and heart. And the peace I give isn't like the peace the world gives. So don't be troubled or afraid.

Hello Beloved,
If there's someone I have always noticed from the word, it's the fact that what we have is different from what the world has, that's because we're not even of the world in the first place.

Lemme briefly draw our mind to what our master said before he left.

"My peace I give to you, not as the world gives"

The peace the world has to offer is materialistic, and that no peace at all. It just makes you temporarily Happy and momentarily at rest. But there's always anxiety and fear for tomorrow.

The peace Christ gave to us is a peace that's void of troubles and fears inwardly. No amount of pressure outwardly is strong enough to conquer that inner peace. And this peace is only found in Christ. That's what the Believer has in Christ.

We have rest of mind not because, Everything is going 100% fine, or because we have all we want, but we have have peace because we have all we need - Jesus.

Jesus has become satisfaction unto us. He has become our rest. We are anxious about NOTHING, because we are eternally secure in him.

CHRIST is God's Final answer to all our worries

Now we are at peace with God because of Jesus.
This is enough rest for our souls.

We.'re Believers
We have the Holy spirit within us.
We are undisturbed within by the circumstances without.
We have peace with God.

We have Christ
