no, you can't stake delegations as it is already staked to be able to be delegated. You can earn off them though and, they also provide Resource credits.
yep. I have it set so it will vote the baby down to 20% VP. It will unlikely ever get there as the more it votes, the less percentage it uses. However, it will use 100% on all the interfaces.
Nope. the baby account is on steemauto. I think steemrewarding is more customizable but I am not so smart ;D

Is that because you only earn rewards on stakes tokens? Can you stake delegated tokens?

Thanks, interesting that they provide RC. Does that mean you set steemauto to a lower VP threshold and still vote 100%?
