In edit mode there is only one way to add a picture (already figured that out as I used steemit.com)
Start a new post, add a picture... The picture is a code... Copy the code... Go to the post you want to edit and paste the code in it.
As far as I saw the picture will not show once edit in the list of posts but it will once you open it to read.
Might be more tags only works for the android version. At first I thought it was a big of Appics.
