Good post. People are now just starting to wake up to this reality.
If 1% of th epopulation are true psychopaths, and upto 10% sociopaths (plus the malignant narcissists ) - the problem is larger than first thought.

(back in the 60's, it was thought to be much less)

Hi tech (social media and automation), is the friend of the these groups - which is very worrying.
On the upside, sociopaths can do good, if managed.

While against the method on principle (big bureaucracy), it would be interesting if every child up to the age of 16 had their psychological profiles examined, and recorded (on the blockchain?), for public access.
90% of 'unwanted' psychological profiles could be identified by this age, and could ensure 'these people' were never allowed into places of power.

Yup, draconian as fuck - and goes against all my principals of freedom - but it might work.
(especially if you frame the concept of 'freedom' as having been just another tool used through the ages, by the psychopaths themselves).
