Steem Engine safe or not ?

Steem Engine


I am sure there will be a trusted person or witness who made steem engine but it does not connect with steem connect is it secure to use where our private keys go ?
I mean it does not connect through any reliable source like steem connect , If every one is loging there where the private keys are going some one tracing it or not This question is very important and need to be answered.

    Steem-Engine uses Steem Keychain for log in its users. It is safer than other methods, as there is no third party involved. And 100% decentralized! As keys are only used locally to sign transactions. Steem-Engine only shows you what it is possible to do, while everything is done on your own computer.
