Hi @silvertop, I honestly don't know how much staked PAL you need to register 1 PAL after upvote. But what i notice is that there is a slight delay. After upvoting give a minute or two and then refresh to see what happens. I was trying to acquire up to 2,500 today buy the price has doubled now. Seems loads of people have got the juice right now. Lol.
