How to deal with failure?
My simple exercise for those dark days when I think I have “failed”!

If you think you failed again , ask yourself the following questions :
1️⃣What am I aiming to achieve?
2️⃣What have I achieved so far?
3️⃣What feedback have I had?
4️⃣What lessons have I learned?
5️⃣How can I put the lessons to positive use?
6️⃣How am I going to measure my success?
Ask yourself twice if you need to then
PICK YOURSELF UP AND HAVE ANOTHER GO AT REACHING YOUR GOAL!

Short and sweet @healthandfitness, but "right in the bullseye." Failure is a basic part of life. We should not let fear of the possibility of failure stop us. As long as we learn something for the next attempt, we will ultimately succeed. And be all the better and stronger for our failures ...
