Mischievous Mermaid is great in monsters have not abilities. I choose her over ruler or sea genie. I play level 3 summoners.
Ranked in the order I play most often are ruler of seas(level 2) medusa (level 3) and mischievous mermaid. Sea genie I only play in earthquake matches if I have a 28 or greater mana limit.
Yup you rank them well for sure.
