We are truly diverse individuals- no two the same yet similar in so many ways. As a species we tend to herd together with those similar to ourselves yet by doing so we limit our knowledge and growth. We need to embrace all cultures and beliefs, doing so can only help us grow more

We need to understand the individuals even more when we are working together.
