First Day Of School

I was put to oversee the arrangement of pairing P5 pupils to P1 pupils as buddies.

It was the first few days of school for the P1 pupils and the guidance of the older kids especially during recess time can make a great difference.

The buddy system can nurture our P5 pupils to be more responsible and caring while the P1 pupils can settle down in the new learning environment.

I was glad that everything went smoothly and the P1 kids were able to settle down quickly.

It was a meaningful experience for my P5 pupils as it may be the first time that they learned how they could take care of others.

A good school experience for P1 pupils can really encourage them to have a positive attitude in coming to school in years to come with good memories from the first day of school.
