The idea was born in Austria from the hand of Katharina Unger industrial designer who one day had the brilliant idea of devising a feeding system based on the FAO, who has been promoting the consumption of insects for many years since they are a more powerful source of protein than animal meat.

This ingenious designer had the idea of creating a kind of miniature farm, pressurized and climate control, to create favorable conditions for fly reproduction, the idea is to have a constant source of larvae that means a great source of protein in the daily diet, this was not created by chance, according to FAO data for 2050 the food situation entered a severe crisis if we take into account that will have to increase more than 70% of food production.
