Hola amig@s steemians!
Hay un tema tan importante y tan necesario tratar, como la disciplina, la familia,entre otros temas imprescindibles para la estabilidad emocional futura de nuestros pequeños, este tema es EL GÉNERO. Para algunos el tema de la acetapción de si mismos es un grave problema y es eso, lo que precisamente debemos atacar a tiempo.

Como padres debemos saber que la Educación desde todo punto de vista comienza en casa. Es desde allí que nuestros hijos tomarán sus primeras enseñanzas y también será de donde tomen sus primeros rasgos de su personalidad. En definitiva, será en el hogar y no en la escuela, como se cree, que nuestros hijos se formarán como personas. Será en los padres y no en los maestros en donde recaerá la responsabilidad de construir valores o construir murallas dentro de esas pequeñas personas en formación. Sin embargo, hay algo que podemos asegurar y es que, desde la escuela, se pueden implementar estrategias que los ayuden mientras transitan este camino.

Como docente, he vivido este momento en muchas ocasiones y como líder me ha tocado guiar a muchos niños que han pasado por mis manos. A través de esta experiencia hemos podido implementar estrategias que han servido de mucho.

1.- Comienzo con un reconocimiento general de las partes de su cuerpo. ( utilizo una canción).

2.- A través del dibujo ellos logran dibujar las partes externas de su cuerpo.

3.- Con los niños de preescolar y básica, acostumbro a hacer charlas reflexivas en las que le pido a los niños que expresen ciertas características de las niñas y niños al tiempo que hacen diferenciación entre ambos sexos. Es decir, suelen hacer oraciones en las que dicen: Yo soy niña porque .... o Yo soy niño porque...

4.- También me ha servido la narración de historias, con la utilización de títeres que los hagan entrar en contexto.

5.- Hablamos de sus familias y el rol que cumple su padre y el de su madre.

6.- Hablamos de la importancia que tiene cada miembro de la familia.

Todas y cada una de las actividades que se realizan en el aula son para reforzar y ayudar en el crecimiento como persona individual de cada niño y niña con el fin de que, en primer lugar conozcan las partes de su anatomía, valoren al sexo opuesto y reconozcan que aunque seamos diferentes tanto en características físicas como en rasgos personales, TODOS SOMOS IMPORTANTES Y MERECEMOS SER TRATADOS CON RESPETO!!!!

However, there is one thing that we can assure you is that, from the school, you can implement strategies to help them as they go this way.

As a teacher, I have lived this moment on many occasions and as a leader I have been able to guide many children who have passed through my hands. Through this experience we have been able to implement strategies that have served much.

1.- Start with a general recognition of the parts of your body. (I use a song)

2.- Through drawing they manage to draw the external parts of their body.

3.- With preschool and basic children, I usually make reflective talks in which I ask children to express certain characteristics of girls and boys while making differentiation between both sexes. That is, they usually make sentences in which they say: I am a girl because ... or I am a boy because ...

4.- The storytelling has also helped me, with the use of puppets that bring them into context.

5.- We talk about their families and the role played by their father and his mother.

6.- We talked about the importance that each member of the family has.

Each and every one of the activities that take place in the classroom are to reinforce and help in the growth as an individual person of each boy and girl so that, in the first place they know the parts of their anatomy, they value the opposite sex and recognize that although we are different in both physical characteristics and personal traits, we are ALL IMPORTANT AND DESERVE TO BE TREATED WITH RESPECT !!!!
