A few minutes into AMA livestream with the Steem community, Justin Sun spilled the beans right in our faces, on the very first contact, announcing a tokenswap, integration of Steemit into the Tron blockchain and so forth. The Tronwallet Crew´s followup post even went into some more shocking details.

They spilled all their goals right into our faces on the first date. First impression goes a long way. A big mistake of Justin Sun showing of the shocking hammer instead of warming up with the community.
Many are outraged now about the softfork, a quick reaction of Steem witnesses brought us the softfork 22.2. basically reacting to the things announced by Justin and Tron-Team.
I think honestly, it was the best strategic move available for the witnesses with the good intension to not risk a realisation of the very clearly announced intensions without consensus from current witnesses and without asking the community.
Justin puked in our face and if we do nothing, the next thing we do, is learning TRX basics.
The articles and tweets are deleted now, but it clearly shows the concept and plan they had in mind. I was extremly shocked and frustrated and angry. Now I am happy they posted these information, so we got a glimpse of their real intensions. And dont tell me it was a mistake, a misunderstanding, when it clearly was not. take off the blenders and face reality.
Steem community doesnt like to be sold out over night. Steem was not build to be swapped into TRX. We are a strong community, we are Steem users, not cattle to be sold out to the highest bidder.
I made my decision: If Steem migrates into the TRX chain, then I am out.
I was never a Tron fan. Gonna buy XMR with the money and wait for a real decentralized solution. I have seen enough pseudo-decentralized bullshit by now.

You sound quite mad or it was a joke I can't even tell. I actually didn't know about those tweet and steps that got deleted. Let's see what's happening after this soft fork. For now, literally I would just be calm :D

ok, I´m calming down. We need to set our clear position and vision internally and we better also have a strong concept and strong arguments why a marriage between TRON & STEEM makes far more sense for both ecosystems than a tokenswap in a ultra hurry. graphene simply doesnt fit into TRX system at this time. the townhall meetings should be professional manner without anger pointing out the position we have as STEEM community and make clear what is acceptable and what is not acceptable for us. thanks for pokeing me anyway.

I can see reason behind your madness, and I reckon this comeuppance has been a long time coming, and perhaps is the primary reason @ned was not able to get some things done. He had to keep that golden parachute ready so he could bail at a moment's notice, as he did.
Still, we're in a bit of a pickle now, and I'm hopeful @justinsunsteemit is as reasonable as his post in response to the softie indicates. At least no one is threatening legal action AFAIK. It's really hard to work together as a team when you have to communicate through lawyers.
