Dear Diary: What A Lazy Day Are The Rainy Days

It is quite a lazy day if it is cool, grey skies (although I can't see the skies), and its raining. People like me are getting sad and sleepy. Well the real issue for me now is that I can't perspire as usual so I would be waterlogged faster and I am now feeling the effects of it.

I hope that this season would not be so burdensome for me because it is hard to control water or fluid intake as I have to constantly flush the metallic or bitter taste in my mouth and with that I have to drink a bit from time to time. With a hot a humid day I can let out some of the fluids through perspiration and it helps a great deal.

It is also the reason that I to limit my food intake because more eating means more drinking. So I am in a very different struggle with my diet, it is strict and at the same time very hard to control and manage.

Anyway I had some coffee today and I do not want to sleep anymore because I do not want to waste my precious time being idle. I think that I had my fill already and a bit refreshed so I am now ready for my online ventures unless a sleep fairy comes to visit me again in the middle of the night.

A few years ago I used my insomnia condition getting productive online because instead of tossing and turning I blogged in some other blog-to-pay site until I drop. It meant that I would work nonstop with only eating and bathing as a break and sleeping maybe only a few hours. It is a case where the bad could be wrung to let out some of the good from it and that is what I did and still doing at this time.
