Certainly is disruptive, while I agree with it to some extent in rural or vacation areas, I disagree with it in downtown Toronto. It turns residential buildings into mixed-use business and I can't wait for the lawsuits. The pending regulations are very welcoming and you will only be able to share your house, not rent it out full-time or if it is vacant in the municipality.
