Lol, indeed it sounds like a typical steem experience this place is a pretty exclusive club you really need to go digging to get anything done. For accounts I normally use steem ninja, ive bought accounts for friends in the past then I decided to delegate to them to earn accounts so I have a few there and I can claim a few because of my level of stake now by burning my RCs
