Day 575 | Kitchen Time & Yoga
It was a good start of the new week and I'm getting into the flow again by having spent some time in the kitchen along with joining my first hot yoga class of the week. I'll try to make tuesday into a proper fasting day without overeating in a short period of time around the early evening. The swimming pool which was in renovation also recently opened again so I'll be able to start that again ne of these weeks probably making it into something to do every 2 weeks on tuesday.
I made my regular green vegetables (Broccoli & Green Peas with lentil pasta and lots of dried mint) which is quick, easy and delicious.
