RE: Eve Online | The Good Old Days Of POS Bashing

Outside of it taking a lot of time with skills taking real time to train is was one amazing adventure I went on for a number of years.
So many different roles a single person could be. From someone spamming in trade hubs double your money scams to people leading alliances of thousands of players into massive battles.
I myself was a care bear for a while running high security missions attacking npcs.
I got into piracy for a while and hunted in small groups ships that where flying around in low security.
Now days when I do play once in a while I tend to live in Wormholes. My last place my group was occupying had our citadel blown up that we had placed inside it to make a base out of it. The guy who was supposed to keep an eye on it since he still wanted to play forgot to mention he was taking a break. A group of mercenaries where hired by someone who wanted to move into that wormhole to blow it up. They had a nice payday I’m sure from us being lazy!
I’ve known people who do nothing but manufacture ships and fittings and pay transporting corporations to haul their stuff to different trade hubs so they can sell. While others did nothing but drink in real life and mine asteroids all day long lol.
There are so many stories and crazy things that have gone down in that game. From someone setting up a bank and running off with the money. Along with player meetups at different places around the world.
It’s easy to become lost for a while when you are new. Sometimes you just got go with what you can and see where it takes you while you work things out.
Lots of people always looking for new players. I started off by just accepting one of the random invites I got into a corporation to get out of the starting NPC one.
