Totally on the same page with that! We are on a "craving" based diet and pretty much listen to what our body wants. We are lacto-ovo, pesca, fruitarian. 60% fruits and veggies, 20% animal proteins, and 20% grains. Never felt better!! No processed, no GMO's and no fast or junk foods. We are blessed to have a spring here in town and are completely off tap water. We fill our jugs every other day. The results are we need less sleep, have tons of energy, and we don't get sick as often. I've lost 13 pounds.

Oh man, that's great to have a spring you can fill from! What town do you live in? I know Manitou Springs has that in Colorado.

I've been to the one in Manitou, that one is a fizzy spring (mineral water) Ours is just plain spring water. I live on the Seacoast of New Hampshire and they are everywhere here.
