Mountain River in the Summer Time.

This past winter was such a long one in the area we live, they said on the weather report that we went 200+ days without a single day reaching over 70F That was quite a long time and I know it was a rough winter everywhere from the North to the South, and East to West.

Today I spend most of my time painting a scene that depicts a mountain river bank in the Summer time or at least not the Winter time! :) This was created from imagination. Along the way I took a few pictures of the progress. I wanted this to be complete in one session and I'm pretty happy with the results. Here's where it is now I may spend one more session on it!

Yep definitely one more session!
