I live in a semi-rural area, and livestock are all around. I painted this just as a point of fun, but it always gets attention when I open up at a market with my pottery and paintings. I've sold other cow paintings but not this one...Something about it, I think I will have it forever.

Do you have anything that you can look at and say, why do I still have this? Something maybe you bought years ago, or came across in a yard sale, and thought that this wont last long. I'm like that with sunglasses. If I go buy expensive glasses, they break in no time...Cheap flea market sunglasses, and I still have some from when I was 15 years old.

Such an odd little piece to bring up these thoughts...Here is my purple cow....
