My courtcards are finished
I am working on a tarot deck with three artists I love and admire.. We each have a suit and we have divided the major arcana.
I just finished all four of my court cards for the suit of cups.
The cups represent the emotions and the intuition.
Each of the courtcards: princess, prince, queen and king represent an element with specific characteristics.
For example the Kings represent intelligence and the element air.
He is Air of Water...He represents the balance or imbalance of mind and heart
The intelligence of the Emotions.
Following Love he is balanced and considerate. He will make sure you get a drink.
Following fear and ego he is revengeful and manipulative. He will make sure you don't get a drink.
The Queen rules the house of Cups - emotions and Intuition. She is Water of Water.
Following Love she is Loving and compassionate. She will share her drink with you.
Following fear and ego she is bitter and cold and will reject your drink.
Princes represent fire: its passion and drive. They initiate, and the Prince of Cups puts into motions the heart's desire. Following Love he is gallant and selfless. He will give himself to a person or a cause he believes in. He will give you his drink.
Following ego, he is entittled and bossy. He will resort to violence if he doesn't get his way. He will use his glass as a weapon.
The Princess represents Earth and the manifestation of our intentions.
This Princess manifests emotions. Following Love, she is bubbly and a stable good, fun friend. She will enjoy a drink with you. Following fear and ego, she is depressive and plays the victim. She drowns herself in drink.
We are hoping to have the deck out in late 2019. If you want to peek at details and my devil card:

I am on Discord - and I see C-squared responded to my suggestion
atcha baba.well thanks once more @thermoplastic Not sure how all these extra curating sites work. What's discord?
actually primarily a gaming communication platform - well, check it out for yourself - follow the link from the c-squared comment (it is an invite) - like groups on Facebook, there are many Steemit groups on there, and c-squared is one of them them. On these various groups there are sections for self-promotion, then there are sections for promoting others, chats etc
On c-squared I entered your post as a curator in art-curation. Curator is a appointed position by the admins of the group. Regular members cannot post in that section.
One other group that has a lot of power is Curie, members of that group are quite powerful on Steemit, and if they check out your post, its some serious upvotes that follow.
Here is a "What is Discord description"
ok claro. gracie mille xxxxx

thanks :)
That is some talent you have there @libaws! The detail and emotion portrayed is spectacular, especially with the opposite emotions in each of the coupled cards! So beautiful! And I did have a look at your link...simply amazing...the soldiers marching out of the mouth is crazy!
thanks @lynncoyle1 I appreciate it! <3 Glad you went to see the devil ;) I am sure you are well protected and it was all very harmless and hopefully fun . Did you recognize his eyes? Not that I see the devil as any one person but there are those who channel the selfish egotistical energy better than others...;)
cheers.
Now that you mention the eyes, I went and had another look and I'm wondering if there a copy of a certain someone in power?
yes ;)
haha good one!!
Beautiful series, @libaws ! Each so detailed and full with personalities, and in fact, each has dual personalities as they thrive with love or shrivel with fear ! Amazing to see each of them rightside up and downside up side by side and the colours and detailing are simply spectacular <3 A gorgeous post with a beautiful collection of king, queen, prince, and princess <3
what a lovely thoughtful reply @veryspider merci!
I must say they are fun to make :D cheers <3
Fantastic paintings!
thanks :D
