Ligel, an American artist born in Cap-Haïtien, Haiti, in 1982, earned his MFA from RMIT University in 2013. He is an adjunct professor at RMCAD and resides in NYC, where he works in his Bronx art studio. Ligel is also finalizing his doctoral degree at Columbia University’s Teachers College.
