When Was The Last Time You Painted The Exterior Of Your House?!?!
This is a unit I'm working on, and as you can see the stucco is starting to pull off of the wall. This is due to poor install of the stucco, or the lack of paint during the lifetime of the home.

I painted my last exterior 2 years ago. It wasn't a fun process but easier than popcorn ceiling removal.
