update with some tunes.
Single finger/arm typing for me for a few days.
I seem to have pulled a muscle in my collarbone for the second time in a month, and it took 3 weeks to get over last time, due to me keeping up with writing and my usual home/hobby duties/fun.
I must have something set up wrong to keep getting the same strain, and I think it is my keybord height being high, as i type without looking, and maybe aimed high with where I set up my keyboard.
I am not willing to be out of action or in pain for 3 weeks again, so my posts are going to be shorter until I can use both arms again.
I went 10 pin bowling today with the injury, so as to not let my family down, I used the other arm and won easily lol.
With this in mind, and to add some value to this post, I am adding 5 songs, and why I like them.
Exodus - Bob Marley, the lyrics speak for themselves.
Pink Floyd - shine on you crazy diamonds, which is the way I feel about my regulars that I talk to, shine on and shine bright my friends.
One of my heroes now departed doing what he did best. BB King. I play, I don't play as good as him. :-)
Talking heads - road to nowhere. Seems like that at times for all of us, it can only get better.
Last but not least, one to make us smile, internet opinion rhapsody. :-) if you listen to none of the above, give this one a whirl.
I have the ice packs on, and aim to put this shoulder right in record time, and hope I find you all well.
"internet opinion rhapsody" now that did just like you said, made me smile". That was pretty good, now Back to the top and listen to the rest, a nice 40 minutes or so to spend some time.
Sorry to hear about the color bone, but sounds like you know what to do about it, and maybe even how to prevent it in the future. System set up can be a problem sometimes. Where I worked had the monitors way to high and several of us ended up with neck muscles pulls.
Get well at least there is time to properly heal before bike riding season is upon you again.
Thank you kindly and indeed there is.
Enjoy the tunes bro. :-)
Wishing you a speedy recovery! 🤕
Thanks my friend.
Shine On You Crazy Diamond is the song I dedicated to my dearly departed dog Shae, who was also nicknamed "The Rock n' Roll Destroyer." She was as crazy as they come, but full of spirit and love. She made it to 14 years old, too. Older than Syd Barrett made it.. in dog years, anyway.

Love the onion rhapsody, that made my day. Will be sharing that one about.
Ice isn't about the way to go with that shoulder...when you have a stiff muscle you want to use a hot-cool format to make the muscle contract then relax, contract then relax, you do this by taking a wet hand towel and sticking it in the microwave to heat to a level you can tolerate without burning yourself...(you can do the same with boiled water), you place the towel over the shoulder until it cools, remove, let your shoulder cool down about fifteen minutes then continue to repeat the process. It sort of works by allowing the stiff muscle to respond by loosening then contracting, loosening then contracting...like working it loose.
:-)
It was swelling, so had t cool it down, I am thinking it is nerve damage also.
