REASONS WHY SOME WOMEN FEEL PAIN DURING SEX

 Pain during sex is a problem for some women and such women don’t see sex as pleasurable.According  to the 2009 National Survey of Sexual Health and Behavior

, 30% of  women reported pain during their last sexual encounter. So what are the  causes of painful sex?Check them out below

1. SKIPPING FOREPLAY Women  don’t get aroused as quickly as men and sex could be painful for a  woman when she’s not properly aroused. This is why foreplay is important  during sex because it gets the woman ready for sex.

2. LACK OF LUBRICATION Some  women can be raring to go but aren’t properly lubricated and this could  cause painful sex for them. Having a lubricant handy is important to  ensure you are well lubricated.

3. ENDOMETRIOSIS Endometriosis can  lead to painful sex and it reportedly affects 7% of women.  Endometriosis is a condition whereby the tissue that lines the uterus  starts growing in other areas. It could result to painful period and  sex.

4. THE WOMAN BEING TOO SMALL AND THE MAN BEING TOO BIG A  woman having a petite vagina will experience discomfort during sex when  she meets a man who is big down there. Using a lubricant can help in  some cases. Taking it slow or using certain positions can also help.

5. INFECTION Infections  like herpes and yeast can make sex painful for women and uncomfortable.  This is why it’s important to get tested regularly. Ensure you see your  doctor if sex is uncomfortable for you.
