JUST DO IT

Have you ever wanted to hit the gym but you start overthinking whether you should go or not and waste an hour thinking about all the other things you could have done and end up wasting time getting nothing done ?
Can you relate to that fear that you feel every time you decide to sign up for some language class but you are just too afraid to think of what others might think of you when you speak ?
Have you ever tried asking a girl out but felt really insecure about yourself whether you are her type or not ? I think you get the idea of what I am trying to say .

All of us are a victim to overexaggerating a situation whether its a good or a bad one. This becomes a huge obstacle in our life because we end up taking zero action for our thoughts which is a huge waste of our time and mental energy. Whatever that you have always wanted to do you have to JUST DO IT. Only through trying things out we will be able to track our progress and actually make improvements . We cannot accomplish that if we simple just sit and think about it all day. If your reason is that you are afraid to fail then I should say you are just afraid to live. Whatever we do in life success brings us joy and bliss for all the hard work we did but only through failures we remember the lessons . We have to start teaching ourselves to be 1% better each day and teach our progenies to do the same. Stop thinking of doing anything and JUST DO IT.
