RE: Considerations While Traveling Abroad
There you go again @dandays, thinking about the welfare of others.
Great advice, and links to many of apps that you find to be very useful.
It sounds like you guys will be staying in Rome for an extended period of time, at least until the New Year. Do your plans include seeing other parts of Italy?
That last picture of the Tervi Fountain is spectacular.
Structures like this always peak my interest. The craftsmen needed to sculpt such spectacular statues had to come from far and wide.
The work on the fountain and building took only 30 years, that is remarkable.
I'm sure the battery to your phone will need to be recharged on an hourly basis, as there will be so much you want to record and share with all of us.
I'm delighted to hear that you are continuing your adventure despite the health issues @puravidaville is coping with, you've got yourself a real trooper.
Stay safe my friend.
Coming at you live—the luckiest guy I know. Thank you for being concerned, sir, both you and Mrs. Farm. A big huge hug!
Yes, we’re going to see as much as we can in the only three more weeks we’ll be here. Venice, Naples, Tuscany, we’re going to try to get it all in before we return to UK and address Puras health. You’re right, a trooper indeed! Seems to be pouring rain as I type this, though, the man upstairs may have other plans—we shall see. 😉 I’ll be sure to share our adventures.
You know.. before we left UK last time, I was telling the dude who cuts my hairs we were coming here after a few stops in between. He couldn’t shut up about how magnificent the structures are here. I said, “what?! Haven’t you seen your own structures??” His response was something along the lines of “you think these are great?! Wait’ll you see Rome.” Well, @thebigsweed, he was right.
Thanks for keeping an eye on us. It’s always a pleasure to hear from you. I’m glad you found some usefulness from this article—my pleasure.
Im not sure if i should admit this or not but I just spent about five hours mapping out 99 street art images I took in Israel and that’s not counting editing time. Ha!! And that’s just from Florentine—keep an eye out, Florentine street art coming up!
