Norovirus, What can you do in 2017?

Hello, I am back with the latest update about diseases going around and the one that is going around now is called the "norovirus." It is a mean and nasty one and it is quick to slap you in the face. For the past 2 days I have been throwing up non-stop and couldn't keep anything down. I am here to tell you its ok, it's just a stomach bug, it will pass. Meanwhile, I am going to give you a few tips on how to feel better fast!

It is a 48 hour virus in fact in UK they are restricting visitors, here is the list of those hospitals.

Wansbeck General Hospital: Wards 5 and 9
North Tyneside General Hospital: Wards 15, 18 and 24
The Northumbria (Cramlington): Wards 3, 4, 10 and ITU (critical care)
Hexham General Hospital: Ward 2

According to BBC News,

"Norovirus is very infectious and easily spread before symptoms appear.

While it usually lasts 48 hours and has no long-term effects, it can be "extremely debilitating" for patients already unwell and in hospital."

I can tell you it was, in fact, debilitating and The nausea is very extream.

There is an ancient old trick to helping you feel better fast though! Thanks to my sister "Samantha Kennedy" she recommended "Golds milk." Now I know what your thinking, why on earth would you drink milk on a sick stomach. There is no dairy products in this mixture. You take a honey, turmeric, ginger, coconut oil, almond/coconut milk and you mix all that together then boil it, then you take a cup of it and it doesn't work instantly but you will notice it is easier to hold that down the anything else. Also get yourself a piece of dried toast. It will also help!

Also please listen to your body, this is just one of many things I've tried. To know what works best for you, please use google. I am not a doctor or nurse. I have always heard YOU are the best judge of you're own body.
