We are taught to search and strive for certainty. And this is silly. We should search for the opposite. Because searching for certainty is a myth. You are never certain about anything (in life, not just in professional world) unless it actually takes place. But once it has happened, you don't need to search for it. You don't need to strive anymore. Rather what you should strive for is fallacies, the uncertainties, the doubts. Find out how wrong we are about our assumptions, our beliefs, our feelings, our conclusions. Because we are.
