Why the extinction of animals is more worrisome than climate change?
Everything caused by man. Climate change, the extinction of species, whichever comes first, will be largely as a consequence of the actions of the human being on Earth. While there is a need to worry about and deal with climate change, it is essential to pay attention to animals, as their populations are dramatically shrinking around the world.
Gerardo Ceballos, Professor of Ecology at the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM), said that climate change is important but that it is a long-term problem; On the other hand, the sixth extinction could occur in the next twenty years if it does not act forcefully.
