Hey guys ,

So Today I am going to talk about "How to deal with Condescending People 👿"! . I had written before , "Why are people Rude/condescending"!?

• BE CALM : When someone is talking down on us , or being soo rude to us ...It is indeed really hard to be calm . You just want to tell them "WHAT YOU ARE SAYING IS WRONGGGG!! 😤😤"
But no , if we take that path then , there is no coming back. There will be a huge fight . So try to remain cool. Try to ...I know it will be really hard , trust me !!

• LISTEN : Sometimes people just want to be herd . So just listen to them without thinking too much. Just let them say what they want and go. But while they are saying things , you should not be too emotional , thinking why she is saying this or that. Keep an open mind . Just like "what you hear from one ear you let it out through the other ear ". Don't take it to your 💓. Your heart will just pain more and more!!

• NOD YOUR HEAD AND SMILE: oh yeah , you could always nod your head simply and say you understand . Haha , yeah we really don't understand , but just for the sake of the person stop talking. And a light smile could work in your favor.

•DONT LAUGH OR BE SARCASTIC: Dont laugh at them or be sarcastic or mummble some words under your breath , this could just be a trigger for them. They would just keep on saying and saying!!

• TELL THE TRUTH: You could always choose this one , but sometimes this will not work. Usually when you say to a family member that , the way how they talk make you feel bad..either they would go on and on about that or they would just shut off completely on you. No talk at all.
But if it's your best friend and if you wanna say then it's , totally up to you. Good luck😪🙂

•BREATH : Several slow breathes could elevate your mood. Try this one too.

•ANALYSE YOUR PRIORITY WITH THIS PERSON: If this person is a family member or friend or just somebody. If it's your family you need to be extra careful , it could be very hard , it could be very fragile.!

• Now , if it's a person who is not that important in your life then just cut your relationship.! It's not worth it.
