CRAFTY - A BUSINESS BREAKTHROUGH INITIATIVE

WHAT IS CRAFTY?
Crafty is an evolution of "Diarissima" which is a fully operational platform created in mid 2015 in Brazil. It is a platform for providing and hiring the services of skilled professionals of various specialities. It is a community where people interacts together, work together, build trust, personal relationships, provide quality services to each other at an affordable rates.

HOW WILL CRAFTY AFFECT THE PROVISION AND PURCHASE OF SERVICES?

Crafty is made in such a way that before any services is purchased or provided, the client or the customer can ascertain the credibility of service providers or professionals by reason of their reputation. It also makes it easier to hire a professional for a particular job e.g A professional painter can be hired with ease and at the completion of the task both parties involved will evaluate each other and a crafty token is received as payment for evaluation thereby ensuring currency in circulation. Now, if the evaluation report by the client shows that the executed job is unsatisfactory, it has a negative effect on the reputation or the credibility of the painter. Hence, it promotes hardwork and users participation. The payment for a service rendered can be made through credit cards or Crafty token “CFTY”.

The benefits of crafting in the provision and purchase of services includes;

1. INCREASED EMPLOYMENT RATE
It increases employment rate, thereby increasing rate in the provision of goods and services and expanding the markets to meets users expectation and provide job for the service providers.

2. DECENTRALIZATION
It gives free negotiating power to the users enabling them to purchase, offer services, accept, negotiate and establish prices.

3. PROMOTION OF QUALITY
Decentralization of CRAFTY makes it possible to eliminate advertisement, enabling the platform fight market inefficiencies and scams, establishing and creating an atmosphere of security in the execution of a supposed task by making reputation their core value. i.e It is possible to ascertain a professionals credibility thereby giving a hint on what and not what to expect.

4. EVALUATION
Evaluation of both parties “clients and service providers” makes it possible to keep quality in check and promote trust between both parties. It is created to add value “in terms of evaluation payment or reputation” either or both ways.

5. TIMELY EXECUTION OF TASKS
It ensures that both parties are committed and dedicated and the evaluation/report puts both parties to order especially the professionals involved, which in turns brings about a timely execution of a contracted task. I guess no one will want to risk their reputation or give a bad impression.

6. LOW TRANSACTION COST
Elimination of the intermediaries reduces the transaction cost because the user and the service providers have direct access to each other and there is an avenue to bargain and then establish price. There will be no case of inflationary cost as the users have a direct access to various professionals specialized in carrying out the said task.

HOW WILL CUSTOMERS BENEFIT FROM HAVING THE ABILITY TO BUY SERVICES BASED ON REPUTATION?

• Buying services based on reputation rather than mere words or videos of trust by the service provider gives no room for inefficiencies or extortions and this is made possible by establishing the credibility of various service provider and also eliminating the intermediaries and connecting the clients and service providers directly, thereby strengthening the platform’s efficiency and reducing transaction and other unnecessary cost while maximizing and ensuring benefits for both parties involved.

• It ensures close “clients-service provider” relationship by connecting the clients to the service providers or professionals of their choice. The platform takes reputation seriously to get rid of scams and ensure a safe and credible transaction environment and each reputation ratings are recorded on the blockchain.

NOTE: The transaction process is simple. Log into Crafty, pick a professional based on their reputation, and pay them. You can pay directly by FIAT or through the platform using CTFY or credit cards. There are no intermediation fees, so the money goes directly to the service provider! After the service has been provided, both sides rate one another, at which point they receive their CFTY.
