Shaman drum 10 minutes for your inner travel
Today 02/02/2017 it is -41С in Kyzyl, the main Town of the Repuplic of Tuva. The Third day in a row school-children of 1-9 grades do not attend school. For this real winter feeling I have selected a very special video for you!
10 minutes of shaman drum for inner travel
Played by an old well known Tuvan Shaman on my new drum and mixed by Schaman Gerbert with movies from a my real travel in Tuva. You will see the new museum in Kyzyl, a melting iceberg, horses, red kites and the sleeping dragon.
You may use it for travel into the lower-world to get connected with your spirit helper animal. Close your eyes, find a hole in the ground, jump into it, fly through the dark channel, land on a wooden place, and look for your animal. The animal you see three times is your animal, meet it, touch it and prepare for going back.
The drum will make 2 times 4 beats louder, so you know the time to go back. Back in the middle world take your animal with your hands into your heart and relax as long as you want. Eat and drink a little bit. Be happy, dance your animal, draw it, learn everything about your helping spirit.
It would be nice if you make a comment, and tell me your animal, maybe your trance-story, I will help you to be sure with the animal. More about the different animals is coming soon, so stay tuned :)

Hello, @schamangerbert.
I would like to know where Tuva is located.
Thank you.
It is north from Mongolia, the south part of Siberia.
Oh. I see. Thank you.
I found your video really relaxing.
