This bot mainly attacks those with low SP. I believe the intent originally may have been okay, but you will find this comment mostly on newer users who make a mistake.

Sad but true. People with a lot of SP can do whatever they please, from plagiarising other people... to online bullying, spamming, scamming, you name it.

Everything is allowed if you're a whale. And if you call them out, a bunch of other whales quickly appear to insult you and make it look like you are the one who's wrong.

If you're not a whale, then you have to play by the rules. And yet people wonder why Steem is not a big success.
