Breaking out of patterns
Made this one a few years ago, facepage asked me to share my memory...sure, but I'll share it here instead. Its about 6ft long, done on a piece of vinyl with Prismacolor markers. It was quite a fun one to work on. I keep debating on adding more, but I think I like it how it is.
Wow, this is beautiful, Newt. In love with the geometry, the color palette, the turbulence, and the hints of fauna chopping in and out of those circular blade-like forms.
Hey thanks so much! After posting I realize I do want to go back in and work on it a bit, some of the markers were dying as I was doing it and I think its a bit noticeable.
