The Sun Wreath

Start with the omega star unit

Colour side up fold diagonally in both directions.
Turn over and fold the edges to the centre.
Turn over and pinch the corners into points forming a 3d box in the centre as you go.
Holding two adjacent points push the centre in and up forming a waterbomb base in the centre.
Close up of the tricky part

To turn this unit into the one needed for the wreath take hold of opposite arms and pull one down so that it is perpendicular to the other and flatten the model.
Then narrow two of the arms.

Fold eight units.

Construction is almost exactly the same as the magic star/frisbee by Bob Neale.
Put the nose of one unit into the back of the second and fold the narrowed arms of the first unit into the second unit to lock it into place.

Lock all eight units together and you are all done.
