Bret's organic chips

Eggs in box with goat cheese cream black pepper with Bret'S organic chips.

Hello I give you the recipe of my eggs in a box a quick recipe for appetizers or input at any season for this version I wanted to put Bret's brand organic chips nature.

Recipe for two people:

2 ramekins

2 eggs, large and fresh

A fresh goat cut into pieces

25 cl of cream

Salt and pepper

Nature chips

Preheat your oven to 170 degrees Cooking 6 to 8 minutes in a bain-marie.

In the ramekins add the cream, the egg, salt and pepper, add the pieces of fresh goat cheese, a little crisps and add a little cream and pepper and finally add the chips. Bake in a bain-marie in your oven, remember to preheat your oven and watch the cooking.

This kind of small dish this eats either nature or with a good salad or other delicacies

Bret'S crisps are gluten-free and very greedy (but beware some sachets may contain gluten).
