I am really sad that my country is so behind with everything. We only heard about this couple of days ago and my friend has been on steemit for couple of months . I wish we could help in growing this awareness in our country . We are from Serbia. As for what you should look for ,I think the best quality is dedication to this , also creativity and curiosity . Good communication and people skills , will to explain and explore and a lot more :) Oh and btw @ned thank you for this community :)
