Laws are a problem, Morality is the solution.

In spite of the multiple social, political, technological and all kinds of advances that societies have had as part of the constant state of human evolution due to a snowball effect, a problem that we have not been able to solve at this point of our existence they are the laws.

The mere existence of laws is a problem and their presence indicates that something is running badly in society. A law means that the State has not been able to solve a problem and has to resort to outlawing it so that it can be penalized and solved with the use of its coercive force. By creating a law, the government admits that it is incapable of preventing its citizens from committing an unwanted act, and will therefore proceed to punish them.

Problems are problems, whether illegal or not. Theft is illegal, and is a problem, in today's societies it would be better if it remained illegal, but in a higher society model, theft should not be illegal, since the same idiosyncrasy of these "superior citizens" would be impossible commit such atrocious act.

Morality is the main weapon with which to fight the laws, after all, laws are born of the morality of a people. Many of us would be unable to steal some foreign object even if this were legal, it does not matter, it is morality that makes man, and it is only morality that has allowed man to create and live in society and in a civilized way for so many years.

In the future we must address a society with as few laws as possible, citizens being free enough to do whatever action they want, but also possessing enough morality to not corrupt society.

The problem of laws is that, after creating them, the problems do not cease to exist, but begin to subsist on the margins of society. And it is because the cause of all the evil that you want to eradicate from society through the law is not an action, but is rather part of its citizens who have an asocial behavior that causes negative effects in society.

The best solution for these problems is not to try to change the asocial nature of these people, since it would be an unnecessary expenditure of energy, the real solution to combat today's problems is educating children correctly, so that tomorrow In the society of the future, these problems do not continue to happen.

Social problems such as sexual, racial, ethnic, cultural and religious discrimination are not resolved by the illegalization of their actions, by restricting free expression, or by applying political correctness, they are resolved through the moral homogenization of society.

If we live in a society where we all consider that the basic rules of cohabitation demarcate well and correctly what is good and bad, then crimes will be reduced abruptly.

If you go to a church, you will not hear anyone cursing, since they all share a similar moral system and condemn that language.

In conclusion, and not to extend, today's society needs less laws and more moral.
