Today I had to spend time at the hospital to be with Betty Jean. Since it is rare that I am out in public, I figured while I was there it would be a good time to #ophumanangels the place with notes!

I went with my fave, Rumi again. I focused on quotes of positivity and self love. Mostly I stuck them in the waiting room and hallways, I only got caught once this time Haha!! That was at the paper box....lots of traffic there.

As usual, this was a great distraction while dealing with something kind of unpleasant. I am glad my post it notes are a permanent part of my purse now😉
