Get yourself 1 helicopter + 2 spam units
Third step
do job 1
Fourth step
upgrade all and get yourself 1 more helicopter + 4 spam unit
Fifth step
do job 2
Sixth step
repeat 4 & 5 + 6 spam unit
7th step
do job 3
I get to job 5 with this method
job 1 ( 1 spy 1 hobo 1 helicopter )
job 2 
job 3 
job 4 
( dont need that much units lol )
