European spies wanted to know the ways of torture and oppression used by South American dictatorships, trainied by the U.S. CIA, to implement in Europe against any agitators. Documents released Friday detail the brutal 1970s dictatorships supported by the United States to control the South American continent, and the methods of torture, intimidation, murder, and suppression against freedom loving left-wing groups fighting against impunity, corruption, and murder, and imperial extraction and occupation in their lands.
