Update configs of IT1, ES1, GB2 and FR1

The domain names of IT1 (Milan, Italy), ES1 (Madrid, Spain), GB2 (London, UK) and FR1 (Gravelines, France) have been changed. So some customers (especially if you downloaded configs before the August) may have issues connecting to the chains of these servers. Update the configs please.
