2. Fund the Issue
To further encourage collaboration, a monetary reward can be added to the request. Once validated by the Ethereum blockchain, a smart contract is generated for the specific issue. Any developer can propose a solution to an issue. Funds can be allocated and rewarded via any ERC-20 compatible token, as decided by the issuer. Additionally, anyone can add funds to the issue should they wish to accelerate the speed in the development of their favourite OSS projects.
3. Approve the Solution
All proposed solutions are evaluated, and the most suitable solution is determined. The developer that came up with that solution is notified, and is then able to collect their reward which is released by the smart contract accordingly.
