Steemit Open Mic Week 62 - Amapola ( Juan Luis Guerra ) Cover Song

Hello Steemit !

One more week ,one more submission! this is fun :). Seeing this community grow and hearing more and more music is such a joy .

Today i'm submitting my first cover song , I don't really do too much covers of other musicians , but there are certain songs that I really love and I want to try my own little version on them.

Since I am also participating in the Steemit Songwriter challenge with my original music , I'll try and keep them separate and share some songs from other artists .

This is "Amapola'' from Juan Luis Guerra , a dominican composer and singer and one of my favorite artists , a lot of his music is pure gold , and this song is just so touching to me . I hope I do it some justice.

Otra semana , otra canción para compartir en el open mic ! esto es muy divertido . Ver a esta comunidad crecer y escuchar cada vez mas artistas y mas música es muy gratificante.

Hoy les comparto mi primer cover, no suelo hacer covers y tocar canciones de otros músicos , pero hay canciones con las que realmente me identifico y quiero intentar hacerles una pequeña reinterpretación.

Como también estoy participando en el Steemit Songwriter challenge con música original propia , voy a intentar mantener los concursos por separado y compartir una que otra canción de algún otro artista.

Hoy les comparto ''Amapola'' de Juan Luis Guerra , un gran compositor de Republica Dominicana , y uno de mis artistas favoritos , muchas de sus canciones son oro y este tema realmente me gusta mucho .
