Traditionell javanische Musik und indonesische Popmusik/Javanese music and indonesian pop music

in #openmic8 years ago

Hello Steemians...

Wie geht es euch? How are you? Apa kabar?j

Yesterday I said that my husband didn't make any recording of me singing in our last indonesian culture event.
So, in order to give you some impression, how a javanese song/music actually sounds, I decided to sing again and record it using an App. :)
The language here is for sure not our national language "indonesian", but "javanese" language instead. But I must say, this is a kind of song/music to have fun and dance together by javanese folks.
It's not a kind of traditional javanese song/music which is used in the palace, in a classic opera or in a traditional ritual.
For this kind of  occasion, the music will be different, it will be rather tranquil and create a mystical atmosphere anyhow. And to sing it, we would need a complete Gamelan player team and it's just not so suitable for a karaoke.

Now, here are the videos:

The first song: "Konco Tani" = "My Farmer fellows"

The second song: "Ojo Lamis" = "Please don't be just smooth talking (no need lip service)"

The third one is not a traditional song but a modern pop song. I just love it.
And I upload it now to let you see the difference from the previous 2 videos.
It's called: "Jangan Pisahkan" (indonesian language)= "Don't separate us"

See you again tomorrow ...and thanks for the votes... :)
