This is a lecture, I know, but this is intended for everyone else as well-
Had you watched the first few seconds of the song, you would immediately know he played it. I went and did some other work while I listened to his song, which may be exactly the same thing you did- but didn't you watch even a few seconds? This is only a modicum of respect for a fellow musician, whose heartfelt effort is obvious.
We're NOT being mean- I've listened to your recent submission, and KNOW that's you playing (and I complimented your technique)- I'm not going to criticize you (or even comment) for doing covers using backing tracks, you explicitly and properly mention that. You need to show that same respect to others if you really want everyone to boost everyone else on Steemit (whether or not you intended insult is unimportant when the appearance of an insult is there, it is simple etiquette)
This guy doesn't watch anyone's videos, just copies and pastes the same message everywhere in his lame attempt at promoting himself. He swore at me on my page for calling him out on it! He needs a good flagging from a whale...
insinuating that this musician may not be playing the song was mean. I am just blunt. I agree there is no need for you to be mean.
