Traffic jam is really a trouble for people living in Dhaka. Rules are not strict and people are not interested in following those existing rules. All are thinking like "all are crossing the road running stopping the vehicle, what change it will make if I, alone use the over bridge "!!
But when everyone start doing right thing from his own side, the ultimate change will come.
Nice to know that you are doing the right thing. Keep continuing. Others will follow you eventually.
